Digital download sales

Subject to rights that apply under law, digital download sales are final. We do not offer discretionary or change-of-mind refunds after purchase.

Before purchasing

Review Dock Mirror’s features, compatibility requirements, required permissions, and window-spacing limitations before placing an order.

We’re here to help

If you have difficulty downloading, installing, or using Dock Mirror, please contact Support. Include your purchase email or transaction reference when relevant, but never your payment password or card details.

Registration after a refund

If a Dock Mirror purchase is refunded, its associated license is revoked. This blocks new activations immediately. An already activated copy receives that change when it next successfully checks online. Your saved settings are preserved.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a remedy, those requirements apply.
